Main tasks:
1. Ensuring constant and high-quality, timely publication of the journal Bulletin of the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata;
2. Evaluation of the content of the journal “Bulletin of the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University and control over the high quality of articles;
3. Organization of editing and publication of monographs, teaching aids of the teaching staff, as well as information and regulatory materials recommended by the decision of the Academic Council of the NAO Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University;
4. Replication of printed materials received from the university departments;
5. Development of the design of the newspaper "Syr tulegi", quality control;
6. Development and organization of publication of the conference collection;
7. Development of information and advertising materials, leaflets, booklets, organization of printed materials for vocational guidance work in accordance with the instructions of the administration;
8. Image scanning, processing, work;
10. Translation of documents;
11. Binding of documents and various materials;

Main functions:
1. To ensure a constant and high-quality, timely publication of the journal Bulletin of the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata;
2. Collection of articles in the journal Bulletin of the Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata and constant contact with authors;
3. Organization of editing and publication of monographs, teaching aids of the teaching staff, as well as information and regulatory materials;
4. Editing, typing of manuscripts for preparation for printing;
5. Increasing the materials necessary for organizing the educational process;
6. Translation of documents;
7. Preparation of documentation for international scientific competitions;
8. Participation in the formation and consideration of research topics and scientific advisers of undergraduates and doctoral students;
